Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you are charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order. In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Orders and Contract

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy the product(s). A contract between you and Circle of Pearls Ltd is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued if payment has been taken.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of receipt. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by third party courier services. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
